Food at The Bear Inn Faversham

What we serve

We cook traditional, home-made lunches using locally-sourced ingredients; our meat is supplied by Faversham's award-winning butchers, Barkaways, and our fruit and vegetables are supplied by the Macknade Farm shop.

When we serve it

Our lunches are served daily from 11.30 to 2.30pm on weekdays, and 12noon to 4pm on Sundays. Evening meals are available Tuesday to Thursday from 6.30pm to 9.30pm.

Home Cooked Ham served with 2 local free range eggs & chunky chips

Steak & Kidney pudding served with fresh vegetables and chips, new potatoes or mash

Bangers & Mash served with peas and onion gravy 

Smoked Haddock served with mashed potato and 2 poached eggs 

Deep fried wholetail scampi served with chips and peas 

A selection of sandwiches served on white or brown bread with a salad garnish
